How do you separate those that are ready from those that need more information? Lead them by the hand. Those that are ready, give them as many places to make contact with you as possible. Those that are not, help them find what they need, but don't let them leave without a way to make contact. A website can be a cold and empty place or it can motivate people to make contact.

I build momentum

That is really what I am about. Using technology to increase momentum. Capture peoples attention and you can capture their information. You can compel them to answer questions. Without giving them the information they need, you have not earned the right to ask for information. Give them enough and they will look for way to give it to you.
